The location of this place is stunning with beautiful views of the lake, close to local shops, restaurants, and a restaurant with panoramic windows.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and gentle people at check-out, and the location was incredible. You could walk to a supermarket and shops. The restaurant was very nice for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes.

The location was magnificent, lovely on the waterfront, and in a relatively quiet area. All of the staff was gentle and affable.

The hotel was spacious, and both of our rooms had nice terraces overlooking Lake Como.

Air conditioner and minibar not working in one of the rooms. Minibar prices very high - 6 euros for a small beer, 9 euros for a miniature bottle (50ml) of spirits. Restaurant rather expensive, with small portions ie. nouvelle cuisine. Our bottle of wine was kept "behind the scenes" and we don't think we got all of it.

The breakfast of our place was very good and outstanding with beautiful view, appreciated it. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to shops / restaurants, the lake from Lecco which has a train station and other areas around the lake by car.

The room was fabulous and spotless, complete with a balcony and a spectacular view, plus a hot tub. Gorgeous and good location close to the train station in Como. All the employees were extremely friendly.

Rooms are very spacious all with great views over Lake Como and the town of Lecco with nice balconies equipped with chairs and table. Large LCD TV. Breakfast is fantastic, way beyond what you get in typical Italian hotels. Free parking on site. The centre of Lecco is within 10 minutes walk. Great base to explore Lake Como and much less crowded than more touristy villages/town like Como/Bellagio. Would definetely stay again.

Restauranta was really nice, service excellent and food - goumet in reasonable prize. The view from the hotel and balconies is beautiful!

This place has spacious rooms that have been recently renovated, offering a stunning view.

The hotel location is good being located in Malgrate and approx 15 mins. easy walk across the bridge into the main town of Lecco.Public transport in Lecco is cheap and easy by both bus and rail.Connection to Bergamo airport is also cheap and easy.With very minor exeptions the hotel fullfilled all our best expectations.Large rooms and beds and balcony with fantastic views of lake.Would willingly return given the chance.Visited in May,weather was appalling.

Limited reasonably priced eating options.Hotel restaurant is expensive.

very hard to find, need signage badly. we rode around 2-3 hours trying to find it, and within only 2 blocks but it was hidden behind another bldg. roads in there are one way and if you dont see it you are on a road with no exit for miles before you know it. staff very nice and helpful, breakfast good for the money as was the room. subway entrance only 50 meters was great.

The place was absolutely incredible and fabulous for a short break. the breakfast was very good with spectacular views, and the pool was nice. the location of the hotel was marvellous and good, within a walk from supermarkets and shops.

Fabulous position overlooking Lake Como and the picturesque town of Lecco (15 mins walk). Our "Junior suite" was well worth the extra money. Good bed. Email worked.

Room 301 is the last on the corridor. We had difficulty getting it warm during the current cold spell.

I found the stff very helpful and spoke very good english to my broke italian, the room was spacious and had a balcony. Easy access to the mountains, quite, easy to get to. Breakfast was gourmet with views across the lake. Would stay there again (tomorrow would do)
